Dr. Patrick O'Meara studied medicine in University College Cork. He did his postgraduate training in Family Practice at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario and has postgraduate qualifications from Canada, the UK and Ireland. His main professional interests are in Holistic Family Medicine including Paediatrics, Sports Medicine, Medicolegal Medicine and Minor surgery. He has a strong interest in Medical Education and is a Trainer for the Mid Leister GP Training Scheme. Patrick also trains students from UCG.
Dr. Rice qualified from University College Dublin in 1982. His areas of special interest are General Practice and Occupational Health. John also teaches paramedical students from University College Dublin and trains medical students from the UCD undergraduate programme.

Dr. Maree McGrath is from Athlone and studied medicine in The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She graduated in 1996 and received her membership of the Irish College of General Practice in 2000. Maree joined the practice in January, 2002. She has a special interest in women's health, paediatric medicine, family planning, travel medicine and cryotherapy. She is also a G.P. Trainer with the Mid Leinster G.P. Training Programme since 2006.
Aisling grew up in Athlone and is a past pupil of Our Ladies Bower. She graduated from NUI in 2003 and completed her GP training with the Mid Leinster training programme in 2011. She has post graduate diplomas in women's health, children's health, medicine for the elderly and a certificate in family planning. Aisling is involved in all aspects of primary care with special interests in women's health, family planning, paediatrics, mental health and travel medicine.

Tom is originally from Callan, Co. Kilkenny. He graduated from UCG in 1971 and was in single practice in Athlone since 1975 until he joined the Town Centre Surgery in 2014. His special interest is men's healthcare.
